If you enjoy minty drinks, then this blend is perfect for you. You can get the best of both worlds of spearmint and peppermint! Fresh out of the packaging, the tea bag smelled predominantly like spearmint. However after steeping it for the recommended amount of time, the spearmint scent faded a bit as the peppermint scent came into action. Personally, I'm not too accustomed to minty drinks so it was a little odd but it definitely grew on me after a few more sips. I can see the appeal that it may have to others, but it's not so much my cup of tea (just yet).
A sharp and smooth combination of organic spearmint and organic peppermint cultivated and picked along the scenic Oregon and California beaches. This mint tisane is ideal for drinking throughout the day or after a heavy meal.
For maximum flavor, it is recommended that you make one 8-ounce cup of tea in water heated to 206 degrees Fahrenheit and steep 1 sachet for 5-7 minutes.
Tisane tea, also known as herbal tea, is a popular beverage made from a variety of plants and herbs, such as chamomile, peppermint, and lavender. Here are some potential benefits of drinking tisane tea:
Tea is very easy to implement into your diet or lifestyle. It’s a matter of if you can develop a taste for it! Luckily, there are so many different types of teas and blends out there that you can experiment with.
Ultimately, the best tea is a matter of personal preference, and each individual must determine which type of tea suits their tastes and needs. Whether you prefer a robust cup of black tea to start your day or a soothing cup of herbal tea to unwind, there is a tea for everyone. It is evident that the quality of tea can significantly impact its taste, aroma, and overall experience. The sourcing and processing of tea leaves, as well as the brewing method, are essential factors that influence the final product's quality.
I was lucky enough to enjoy Art Of Tea’s handcrafted Pacific Coast Mint blend. Overall, I was genuinely surprised that I could drink this blend, simply because I’m not much of a fan of minty drinks or foods. I am certainly glad that I gave it a shot because it was actually very refreshing and smooth, clearing up all of my sinuses.
